Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
We offer flat rate shipping of $4.95 for all domestic (U.S.) orders.
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order ships.

Tracking Information:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Nov9ine is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. Please double-check your shipping address and contact your local USPS office if you have issues with delivery.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. (Coming soon!)
